About Us
Nicholas Potts founded Smart Resources Recycling Ltd in 2011 trading in various recyclable commodities.
Over the last 11 years he has built and expanded the company’s operations from the UK, to the USA and to many other countries around the world. And in the last three years Dominic has joined the organisation to help grow and expand the business. We work as a collective team to achieve solutions to help with recycling to minimize climate change and to make the world a better place for now and for future generations.

Nicholas Potts
Managing Director, Owner
Nick has over 20 years experience in the import/export of various commodities. He has spent the last 11 years building Smart Resources Recycling into a respected and highly experienced waste commodities brokerage.
Dominic Potts
Head of Operations
Dominic has spent the last 30 years running different businesses and working for FTSE 250 companies. He has now brought that experience to work with his brother to help grow Smart Resources Recycling.
Burcin Bilgin
Associate, Turkey and Western Europe
Burcin has worked for many years in sales and business development person across a diverse range of industries, including earthmoving machinery, automotive, machinery and metal engineering. In 2020 he established his own company as an export consultant. Currently active in compressed gas and recycling industries.
Represents Smart RR both Turkey and Western Europe.
Hacer Kepce
Associate, Turkey and Eastern Europe
Hacer Kepce has been engaged in machine manufacturing, machine processes and recycling machines industries for many years. In 2015 she established her own company to supply companies with alternative energy sources for the Turkish market. She is now heavily engaged within the machinery recycling industry and in sourcing and supplying alternative fuels (i.e.shredded tire supply).
Represents Smart RR both Turkey and Western Europe.
